Need to reschedule? Not a problem! Need to use a different laboratory? No worries!
All of us realize that unexpected situations take place, so all tests may be rescheduled for up to three months from the original appointment. However, as soon as the test requisitions are already delivered to the laboratory, a twenty-five percent cancellations service charge will apply to all tests which are cancelled prior to your laboratory visit. Please note, however, that tests can’t be cancelled once the specimans have already been collected through the laboratory.
