We take all major credit cards together with Paypal, and offer very discreet billing to guarantee your total privacy. Should you require a different means for paying or have concerns related to paying using a credit card, you should consult your counselor regarding other available choices that we can offer.
Payment is due when your test is setup. We realize that unanticipated situations take place, so all tests may be rescheduled for up to four weeks from the original appointment. However, as soon as the test requisitions have been delivered to the laboratory, a twenty five percent cancellation charge will apply to all tests which are cancelled before your laboratory visit. Please note, however, that tests can not be cancelled once the specimans have already been collected by the laboratory.
